    Ordained For The Extraordinary

    ------------------------
    Whats On My Mind:

I'm so sorry for the much delayed update, I know why I am unable to view my blog from my PC,

Its Nuffnang's fault! I realized that when I opened any blog which has Nuffnang ad, I cant view, the reason behind it? I have no frigging idea, but I think they blocked my IP, if any blog that has their ad I cant view with my PC, maybe because I view too many times in a day, hahaha...?
    ------------------------

    Happy Chinese New Year!

May all of you be prosperous in the area of health, finance and relationship this year!

Now, my ang pau please?! :D

    ~-. ~-. ~-. ~-. ~-. ~-. ~-. ~-.

    Dear blog,

After my absence for such a long time and not writing anything onto you, I hope people still come and look at your pretty face again.

You know ever since college commenced, I had headache almost every night the thought of assignments, group projects, exams and food promo haunts me almost every moment I breath, eat and shit.

Regardless of what is going on, I know we all want the best for the promo, but there are certain things that we should not be ignorant towards.

We are all humans, we have ideas, we learn, listen, speak, get stressed, feel happy, sad, angry, excited, or hyper and even make mistakes.

The bottom line is, we are no where near perfection and everyone else around us have feelings too.

I've learned it the hard way, an old friend of mine thought me, "speak with no haste, listen and you'll be amazed".

Though I may sometimes talk more then I should, under "conscious" circumstances, you'll realized that I will stop speaking once someone cut my conversation half way through my speech.

Do I get irritated? Well, sometimes, do you if someone else does it to you...?

It is give and take... One party just have to compromise, if neither will give in, there wont be any ending to it, but some argument are worth to fight for, we just need a good judgment.

    E18~~!

Bloggie oh bloggie.. Tell me, am I accountable for executing certain stuff differently? Practicing a different core value hopping others will understand, accept and not taking it for granted.

I've never believed in "force/push labor", but "free consent/will". Knowing we are all grown people with maturity working together without any separation of hierarchy, my name is synonymous with the word 'democracy'.

After all, we will be stripped off of what we hold and be mere commoners again, why do we wan to dictate others? Why do we wan to make everyone feel so darn miserable? At the end of the day end up not talking to each other...

Scared that things will not get done? Perhaps for our personal image, respect or perfection hungry?

Is it that worth it? When things come to an end, we will still see each other as per normal. As if none of us care about the 'big day' ahead, I'm sure all of us want to see and do the best not just some of us...

"A leader is not measured on how hard he or she can push people, but measured by their speech, attitude and the willingness to be patience guiding the people."

Any Dick, Tom and Harry can push, but the game of words and patience are for the ones who are prepared to fend away and if have to, tank flames of all sort.

Of cost this does not apply to everyone, here is where wisdom comes into action.

10 year old cat at my aunt's house, look at its 'tulan' face..
When she don't like you, she will scratch you... :(

My deepest concern is to keep the team united and of high moral, once this 2 golden foundation are broken, no matter what we do, it will crumble and vanish into oblivion.

What else can I say? I only can do my best by playing my part well and get down on my knees, and pray everything will be smooth.

Definitely all of us will learn at the end, its the matter of how we take the final outcome.

    Sincierly your author,

    Walking On The Railroad

Countless nights of burning the midnight oil.

Hours spent cracking me poor head.

Organizing the 1st Crossroad Generation 'the band' meet up isn't that easy.

Organization skills was put to the test, and indeed I have much more to learn.

And I'm happy to say that, today was a fruitful day!

Watching stage performance during Christmas eve at church - me & Alice

We manage to finish arranging 1 song and compose a new one, all we need is just to practice more, and in no time, to the recording studio we go!

    Inspiration come, inspiration go.

I don't wan to lose even one bit of it.

The challenge is for me to take it all down before I forget.

Most of the time, my inspiration comes when I am in the toilet, in the stage of half asleep and thinking about stuff in a cold place.

Up to a point, I sleep with a note book and a pen on my bed, refusing to even let go a bit of what I created.

With the only light source coming from a hand phone, it isn't easy...

For a long time, it will feel uncomfortable, and I came up with a solution - writing in the dark.

Sometimes think half way till fall asleep with the pen dropped by my side.

College work, assessments, food promotion and industrial training report is something that I have to prioritize also.

But I'm believing that we will be able to do the best we can and impact the music industry of Malaysia, Southeast Asia and later Asia!

Christmas eve at City Harvest KL - me, Alice & Andrew.C

    Together we can make history!

Oh crap... I just realize.. 'The band' does not have a name and an emblem..... @.@

Now, that will be under the "to do list"....

    Dawn of A New Dynasty

    We are back at last!

The cry to return to college has finally come to an end!

But, as soon as we got back to college, we start crying again...

Ironic isn't it? We scream so loud, asking the time to pass faster so we can return to college.

And when we got back, we closed our eyes and wish upon the shooting start that the college will burn down the next day.

Paparich's "Milo Dinosaur" at Taipan USJ

1st day, we somewhat got shot by our lecturer, asking where is our industrial training report.

2nd day, the official election for the food promos restaurant manager and assistant restaurant manager, and later screwing up our dinner service.

We definitely need time to get use to the French fries system again...

3rd day, countless meetings with board members regarding the promo and homework to do.

Nevertheless, we will finish strong by the end of this term!

I will not allow this food promo to be just like any other food promo. It will always be a sweet memory to us all.

    Jenn's b'day celebration

Together, DH 28 and DC 28, we will make history!!

p/s: Further details will be updated, due to low resource of pictures, I am unable to proceed to elaboration. Sorry.

    Resolution Reflection and Realization

1st up, I'm so sorry for the super delayed update, I was out of the house most of the time, when I come home, all I wan was just to hit the bed.

But this blog ain't dead yet! :)

I'll try my best to resume to the 2-3 days update routine.

Gosh, class starts on the 6th, my guns are all up, lets see what this new term has install for us!

    ~-.~-.~-.~-.~-.~-.~-.~-.

Upon stepping into the new year, I'm sure all of us has new dreams and goals.

Nevertheless, we have to take time out and just have a moment of flash back on what we have done the previous year.

Many things for sure, one of which I think most of us have done would be writing our new years resolution.

I know new years resolution is something most of us make, but sadly the 2nd day we already forgot what we wrote.

    But I learned something today...

    New years resolution is important!

Some people might say, "why do we have to write down all the stuff we wana do this year? "

    Well... Simple, because we forget.

But it is important to set a goal/vision/dreams, especially when a new year begins, because its a fresh new start!

A chance for us to leave all the unwanted and ugly memories and experience behind and have another beginning.

If we never set our own personal vision, we will just live life like how the leafs blown by the wind - directionless.

Vision is simply our destination, it is where we want to be.

Just like driving, we have to know how our destination looks like to get there, or ask for directions and have a nearby landmark in mind to make the process of finding much easy, if not we will just end up lost.

Of cost, to birth a vision is easy, but we must not forget to find ways to achieve the vision, we need values.

Values are pretty much the strategy of what it takes to get us there, in other words, practical steps we have to take to make things comes to past.

Imagine if I want to go Singapore, but all I do is just stand at the boarder of Johor, looking across the sea, gaze upon the shores of Singapore on the other side

And start chanting "Singapore! Singapore! I'm coming! You just wait!" over and over again.

That ain't gona get anyone anywhere..... Its more like your crazy....

Heck, we have to get ourselves a bus or air ticket and go there! These are what I mean by values or strategies.

I've notice we often set resolutions but at the end of the day, we are not able to give a pat on our own back and say "well done!".

The cold cruel fact is because we lost the focus, at times it happened to me also. :(

Not to say its hard to achieve, but we just simply cant see our vision anymore, it becomes blur and we lost track,

We set the resolution in a way, like this illustration,

We aimed for the starts, but we will have this thought behind our heads, "hmm.. if I miss the stars, never mind la! at less I can hit the moon!".

The stars are so far and we start to lose its image, end up we cant even see where we are aiming anymore, of course we will end up not hitting it...

Why aim for the starts when we can aim for the coconut on the coconut tree and have a sure 100% success hit?

    Ain't that a better choice?

If our vision is small, but our value is big, our vision can go from good to the better, but if our vision is big, but our value is small, our vision will surely die...

As for myself, I have other dreams and goals, some came to past, some died along the way.

Come to think of it, those plans that died, are due to strategy malfunction, that is why I've never achieved it.

But this year, I wana make it different, this time with more proper planning and organizing my visions in a orthodox manner.

This 6 pledge to fulfillment will stand as a testimony, and now, I must live my life in a certain new lifestyle to reach this 6 target. *roar*

1st - Work together with my fellow group mates of DH 28 FB Group 1 & 2 in unity and put up the most memorable and fun restaurant promo ever, and to create a college moment memory that are worth keeping.

    2nd
    - To score minimum 16 out of 20 (global average) for my term 5 and term 6 exams. *cries*

3rd - Schedule the 1st meet up for Crossroad Generation and later proceed to do a professional recording at a studio of minimum 11 original songs.

4th - Manage my finance well, and set aside minimum 10% in to my savings.

5th - Travel to 1 foreign country and 1 state in Malaysia, target destination - Penang.

6th - To learn basic Korean language at Korea Plaza for FREE. (anyone interested to join me?)

This booklets ain't cheap, they just hand it all to me as if they were rough papers, these are all up to date stuff about Korea, info about shopping, transportation, accommodation, culture and maps...

Korea Plaza's expenses are all paid by the Korean government! Talking about recession eh??

I said before, the sell their country, after further investigation, they are selling no more, instead they are giving away their country for FREE! Cooking class, language class, you name it, all FREE!

Alright, that is a little side track...

Nevertheless, I'm believing for a greater and much happening year ahead of me!

How would you alter your 2009? :)
